Mitchell graduated magna cum laude from Tarleton State University in May 2010, with a BS in Environmental Engineering. Prior to accepting the Hydrologist position at CTGCD, he was a water resources intern with the Brazos River Authority in Waco, TX during the summer of 2008. Mitchell was raised in Corpus Christi, TX and currently resides in Marble Falls, TX. |
